What is the Europa85?
The Europa85 is Aspen Imaging Healthcare’s flagship ultra-portable handheld X-ray system. It weighs just 7.9 lb (3.6 kg), produces 425 W at 50–85 kV / 2–5 mA, and features a 7″ touchscreen, integrated INTEL PC running Windows 10+, and on-device image capture and review.
Can the Europa85 be used for both human and veterinary imaging?
Yes. The Europa85 is designed for compact human medical practices, mobile healthcare teams, and veterinary clinics that need maximum portability without compromising image quality. It is well-suited for orthopedic, sports medicine, and small-animal applications.
How does Europa85 transmit images?
Images are captured and reviewed directly on the 7″ device touchscreen. Reviewed images can be transmitted wirelessly to a PC via Miracast or through the integrated INTEL PC workstation (when paired with the Aspen DR panel and AspenView software).
What is included with Europa85?
Standard inclusions: Europa85 unit, carrying case, exposure handswitch, charger, stylus pen, and carrying strap. AspenView DR software is preloaded when the Aspen DR panel is purchased together.
